Register for the 5K Join the Olivia Police Department for their annual Torch Run 5K! Registration costs $25 per participant. Fee includes event T-shirt. All funds raised by the event will benefit Special Olympics Minnesota. Registration begins at 6:30 a.m. Race begins at 7 a.m.
